Duties (not limited to):

Answering phones.

Scheduling appointments, obtaining pre-authorization & other general clinical/clerical office duties..

Prepping charts.

Filing insurance claims.

Posting charges.

Collecting out of pocket expenses.

Balancing days business.

Coordination patient flow within the office.

Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and procedures
