Dr. Kimberlynn Humphrey received her undergraduate degree, with highest distinction, in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Indiana University Southeast. She then graduated with honors from The Indiana University School of Optometry. Through Indiana University’s Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity chapter she participated in an eye care mission to Jamaica. Dr. Humphrey’s externship training included several specialty areas such as ocular disease, urgent care, primary care, contact lenses, pediatrics, binocular vision, and low vision. She completed externships at Bennett and Bloom Eye Centers, McPeak Vision Partners, Indianapolis Eye Care Center, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Dr. Humphrey practices full scope optometry for patients of all ages, including comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, and co-management of pre- and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgery. She fits all major brands of contact lenses, including those that correct for astigmatism and multifocal lenses, as well as specialty contact lenses.
Dr. Humphrey is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, American Optometric Association, and Indiana Optometric Association. In her free time, Dr. Humphrey enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling.
