About Dr. Cook

Dr. Cook attended the University of Kentucky and received a Bachelor of Science in Human Health Sciences. She then spent time in Memphis, Tennessee, receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry. 

Dr. Cook practices full-scope optometric care, including comprehensive adult and pediatric exams, diagnosing and managing ocular diseases, acute care, myopia management, and co-management of pre- and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgeries. She fits all brands of contact lenses, including astigmatism, multifocal, and other specialty lenses. Dr. Cook has a special interest in pediatric eye care and vision development. 

Dr. Cook is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Kentucky Optometric Association. In her free time, she enjoys running, playing golf and pickleball, and watching her favorite sports teams with her family and friends.
