The VisionFirst team is excited to announce the opening of our 16th location in Jeffersonville, Indiana! Our Jeffersonville location officially opened on Monday, July 22nd – but this location already had appointments set up weeks before the opening. With this being our 16th location, we are thrilled to see continued growth and offices come to life as we meet patients and get to know the community. We are excited to bring our outstanding level of eye care to Clark County, Indiana.
Facts About Our Jeffersonville Location
Our new Jeffersonville location is our fifth location in Indiana. The office is located at 3550 E 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 in the Jefferson Ridge Center. Office hours for this location are Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Along with the new VisionFirst office, the community has seen numerous new stores and restaurants sprouting up right before their eyes in the past year! For example, a new McAlister’s Deli and Verizon are right next door to our new office. Across the street are a Kroger Grocery store, Feeder’s Supply, and a Chick-fil-A that is about to undergo construction. These new businesses are shaping the east end of Jeffersonville in a positive light. With all of the new growth, the people of Jeffersonville are inclined as ever to stay in their town for all of their shopping, dining, medical care, and now vision needs. We are enthusiastic and grateful to expand our offices to new and growing communities across the Kentuckiana areas.
Meet Your Staff At The Jeffersonville Office
Dr. Caroline Seger and Dr. Kimberlynn Humphrey lead our Jeffersonville office as a powerful doctor duo! Both of these expert optometrists are known for their thorough care and patience. Our doctors take the time to care for each and every one of our patient’s specific eye care needs.
Dr. Seger practices full-scope optometry for patients of all ages, including comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease as well as pre- and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgery. She fits all major brands of contact lenses, including specialty contact lenses. Dr. Seger also specializes in YAG capsulotomy, a procedure to remove the secondary cataract. Dr. Humphrey is trained in several specialty areas such as ocular disease, urgent care, primary care, contact lenses, pediatrics, binocular vision, and low vision.
