Our Coordination of Care Commitment
Continuity of Care is the Core of Ocular Health
At VisionFirst, we believe exceptional eye care doesn’t happen in isolation. As partners in patient care, our goal is to strengthen communication and coordination between providers — ensuring that every patient receives the right level of care at the right time.
When a referral comes to us — from Urgent Care, Primary Care, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, or Pediatrics — we make it a priority to communicate back with the referring provider once the patient has been seen. This consistent communication ensures care continuity and keeps all providers aligned on behalf of the patient. Coordinated communication is our commitment — helping every patient benefit from a connected care team.
We also collaborate closely with a broad network of trusted specialists in retina, neuro-ophthalmology, pediatrics, cornea, oculoplastics, and more, to coordinate care when surgical intervention is needed.
