Our office in Middletown is located by El Nopal on Shelbyville Road. Residents of the area have easy access, especially since we are beside many other businesses and great restaurants. Our doctors, Dr. Kristen Rabaut, Dr. Holly Koopman, and Dr. Hinely take time with patients in their examinations and also ensure all your questions are answered.
