Dr. Holly Koopman received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Theological Studies from Hanover College. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University – Arizona College of Optometry.
Dr. Koopman practices full-scope optometry, including comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, and co-management of pre- and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgery. She fits all major brands of contact lenses, but she most enjoys fitting specialty lenses for patients who are unable to wear conventional lenses. She also specializes in pediatric care.
Dr. Koopman is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Kentucky Optometric Association.
Dr. Koopman is a frequent volunteer with Special Olympics. In her free time, she enjoys going to the theater, music performances, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
