Dr. Rallo attended the University of Louisville and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Rallo is a past president of the Louisville Optometric Association and has been in practice since 1980. Dr. Rallo practices full-scope optometric care from comprehensive eye exams to pre- and post-operative care for cataract and vision correction surgery. He also has expertise in diagnosing and treating ocular diseases. Dr. Rallo also fits all major brands of contact lenses including contacts for astigmatism and multifocal wearers. In addition, Dr. Rallo fits specialty contact lenses.
Dr. Rallo serves on several boards including Open Door Ministries and the Alumni Board at the Southern College of Optometry. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Kentucky Optometric Association. Dr. Rallo enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and traveling.
