We aren’t so bold as to say that we accept every single insurance plan, but with over 600 medical and vision insurance plans that we do accept, we are pretty confident we can help you out. From Bluegrass Family Health, Humana, and Unicare to EyeMed Vision Care, VSP, and Avesis, we probably have you covered. (Click here to see accepted insurance plans)
Alternative Insurance Options
- Care Credit– The idea behind Care Credit stems from the notion that many patients need glasses and vision care right away. Things like night blindness, presbyopia, or a sudden change in vision just can’t wait. Similar to a credit card, you get your need fulfilled immediately and have time to slowly pay off the monthly payment. The monthly payment plans are low, lower than most insurance companies can offer. If you are interested, you can contact one of our locations, or apply for a Care Credit plan online.
- Flexible Spending Accounts– FSA dollars can be used to purchase just about anything you could need, sunglasses, reading glasses, night driving glasses, contacts, or annual visit expenses. These FSA dollars don’t roll over into the next year, which is good motivation to stay on top of your eye care, especially since 2015 is coming to a close.
Did You Find Your Vision Plan?
So we accept your vision insurance plan? Great! Let’s make this relationship official and get you set up as a new patient. You will find that our doctors take special care with each patient and do more than just prescribe glasses and contacts. Exams are similar to meeting with a regular family doctor, we take great concern in your health, and can even catch early signs of Multiple Sclerosis, Leukemia, Diabetes, liver disease, and other undetected health issues. To us, eye exams aren’t just about your vision, they are about maintaining your well-being.
