We are happy to introduce you to Dr. Romina Houston! She joined our team on August 1 and now sees patients at our Hillview office.
Dr. Houston earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and practices full-scope optometric care ranging from comprehensive exams to diagnosing and treating ocular disease for all ages. In addition, she provides pre- and post-operative care for cataract and vision correction surgery. Dr. Houston fits all major brands of contact lenses including those that correct for astigmatism and presbyopia and she has a particular interest in fitting various specialty contact lenses such as gas permeable and scleral lenses for patients that are unable to wear conventional lenses.
Dr. Houston is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Kentucky Optometric Association. She is a native of Louisville and enjoys spending time with her family, working with high school students, and playing tennis.
